Very friendly staff, but I am constantly returning to get problems fixed. I have been there 4 times and had the Dentist cut my gums on 2 occasions, had freezing leak out of the syringe on to my tongue, and had to return twice to get the crown that they replaced fixed. On top of this, the second time that I returned, I was told they would fix their problem free of charge--of course! After she was finished, she then told me that she actually would be charging me. If I had known that before she started, I would have gone somewhere else without a doubt. I have never felt worried with my dentist's abilities, but I did here. The things they say to each other makes me feel as though they are not even confident in themselves. I feel bad giving this review because they are really nice, but when it comes down to it, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with the dental hygienest and with the Dentist was very positive. Both were kind, explained everything and were not rushed or impatient in any way.
I was very pleased with the service and professionalism at Main Street Dental. Friendly staff and my needs were dealt with very quickly. I would definitely recommend.
Well I got a filling, so it wasn't exactly fun. It was, however, completely painless. Dr. Terry was on time, professional and is very skilled. I think that was the first time I didn't feel the needle. I was very impressed.
Everything was great ... the dentist Dr. Terry & the Hygienist Beca are both so professional, thorough and efficient. I regret that I have to find a new dental office as I am moving to Red Deer, AB. Dr. Randy Balcolm & Suzanne were so helpful to both my wife Barbara & I since I returned to Acadia Divinity College (Seminary) in 2006 & then moved to a pastorate in Bridgetown; and the referral on to Dr. Terry worked out great over the past year or so.
The Dentist is definitely not my favorite place to go, however Dr Hills and Staff do make an unpleasant experience a lot more bearable. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional. I have recommended the services of this Dental Office to others.
