The service was well done and prompt. Any concerns abbout the car were pointed out to me and my questions were answered. The staff was courrteous and knowledgable. I have been using Myers and have been happy with them.
I have been taking my 2001 Acura CL to Maier's for the past 10 years. They consistently provide fast,reliable,and professional service.
Maier's changed my oil filter but failed to remove the old rubber gasket when installing the new oil filter (which had another gasket). They tightened it to the point that the double gaskets twisted and leaked oil. My driveway was full of oil but when I called they said (with attitude)that it couldn't be anything they had done. Took it back and they discovered their mistake. My vehicle continued to run rough so took it to another shop and they SHOWED me that Maier's had only replaced 5 of the 6 spark plugs (platinum). The one they skipped was rather difficult to reach...of course I was charged for 6 and told nothing! Poor workmanship AND they are dishonest.
Wife called me. She was stuck in store parking lot. Car would not start. I got car jumped and drove it to Myers and they had a new battery installed in about 5 minutes. Great service.
When my check break went on, I went immediately at Maier's Shell. The technician added more brake fluid and recommended I have the brakes checked. I did and found out that the brake line had to be replaced. I was able to get the work done in a timely fashion.
Very happy with service. If I have an appointment at a given time, that's when they take me. No waiting. There was an occasion where I had an air leak in a tire due to a nail. I discovered this in the morning as I was heading to work. Drove to the shop and they repaired my tire almost immediately after my arrival. Wasn't even late for work. Great place.
