Wonderful things: Excellent hygienist, thorough and friendly. Generous staff, offered to watch my baby while I had my work done! (I felt badly that he got tired and didn't calm down for them.) Great, knowledgeable doctor.
Iffy things: I've noticed in recent years that I don't see or talk to Dr. Snow as much as in the past. Also, the assistant who helped remove a growth from inside my cheek accidentally poked my front gums, nowhere near the target - not a big deal, but I felt it was a clumsy move!

He came in on his day off to deal with my dental emergency which he stabilized very effectively.
You are the best team ever. A dentist that is the best. Has a humor and understands patients like me that have had a fear. Jennifer the hygienist is so wonderful and calming and keeps me on track. The office staff is always professional.
