I am just getting starting on my treatment plan for a serious bleeding gums problem. I have had 2 previous gum surgeries over the past 15 years and I wanted to try Dr Wilson as a better alternative. So far, I have been quite pleased with his work as well as the hygienist. I also appreciate that there is not excessive wait time for my appointment.

I like the use of the doctor recommended Hydro Floss machine at home. In a matter of a couple of days, I can tell a major difference in how clean my teeth are and how my gums feel after using the machine.

The only reason that I did not rate the office as 5 stars is due to the confusion about the type of water (tap or distilled) to use in the Hydro Floss machine. Dr Wilson's recommended distilled water and the manufacturer said tap water. Since it is was left to me to decide, I went with the manufacturer after a lot of internet research.
