Happy with the service we have gotten! The front desk women could be more friendly and happy, she seems to be in a bad mood every time we are there. My daughter did come out crying once because it hurt getting a filling, they should have numb her more, they only rubbed a topical on her.
I was a patient here before I moved out of state for a couple years. Before I moved this place was a good office and I would have recommended it to anyone. However, after speaking to whoever answered the phone just from her rudeness I would not refer anyone there.
The people are nice, the older secretary could cheer up a little. Everyone seemed to be in a big rush. I spent most of my time waiting to see my insurance coverage. I could still feel sharp pain after they numbed me, just tried to pull through the pain the best I could so I could get going.
