CALLED A LITTLE AFTER 8:00 AM, DIDNT HAVE AN APPOITMENT, JUST NEEDED OIL CHANGE, TOLD BRING IN WILL WORK YOU IN, LEFT CAR THEY GAVE ME A LIFT TO MY EMPLOYER, WAS @ LUNCH RECIVED CALL FROM LINDSEY CAR WAS READY,HAD FRIEND DROP ME OFF, BACK TO WORK, "HAPPY CAMPER", DID MISS CHECK LIST THEY HAD LAST VISIT !!!
