The reason I giove below average is becuase I have been told I would get text and emails prior to my appointments & I have barely recieved either which is helpful in scheduling life. I also am dissapointed in the process I figured I would come for treatment and have better results especially at 1200.00 buck value but at this point I have a beard and my appointes are so sparce that dealing with the hair is very frustrating! So far Wouldnt recommend getting laser maybe when all is said and done but this far in dissaopointed ;- (

I was very impressed and pleased with the service that I received with you. However in reception the treatment that I was due to receive was read out in front of other customers which made me feel embarrassed, as I didn't want everyone else knowing what treatment I was there for. I there was another way of confirming the treatment with everyone else in the room hearing then I would be grateful. Thank you.
3 1/2 stars. Good customer experience. Staff are very pleasant and informative. I came in for a consultation to determine if laser hair removal would work. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pricing of the service seems to be a mystery. The only way I could determine the cost was by coming in for the consultation. While I appreciate that there are factors regarding my particular circumstances that affect pricing, I am sure that some basic cost structure is available (ie. price range of cost per visit/treatment). I felt like I was wasting the staff time when the full cost (and length of treatment plan) was disclosed to me at the end of the consultation; had I had a basic expectation going in, I would have probably not gone in when I did, but rather waited until I was prepared for the cost commitment. I am now informed and will probably come back in when my budget is in place, but feel the mystery on pricing still exists somewhat.
Yes I 100% agree with you that the pricing is a bit of a mystery.. even for us :)
Maybe a better way to explain for this would be, If you where buying a car... say a SUV. You know exactly what it is, size, performance, seating capacity, engine etc. If you are buying a compact car same rules apply... so when a client calls or books a consultation via email- we have yet to see if the price is for a compact car or a SUV :) ( hope that helps !)
Yes a baseline of pricing would be available, but also extremely inaccurate- which is why the free consultation is a necessary portion of your relationship with us, to ensure your getting quoted as fairly as possible :)
