The costs are not clearly explained until they put a used car sales man approach on you to get you to spend a thousand dollar on new glasses even with insurance. Before you have any services done get a full breakdown of the costs. They don't give you any information till your ready to walk out the door despite what they say in response to other posts. The exam is OK but be prepared to get taken to the cleaners on the glasses if you are not careful.

I would strongly suggest you avoid this establishment. They don't explain what you options are in terms of glasses. The costs end up being much higher than what you think would be reasonable even with insurance. If you use them make sure you get a detailed breakdown of prices before you let them provide any services. The eye exam is OK but the glasses are badly overpriced in my opinion.

Very nice new office
Very convenient location full service uncomfortable with the lack of personal attention for my child's first eye exam no one asked why he needed an eye exam...and did not explain what was happening very well to him with each different part performed. probably not the place to take children under 12 years old. Also appointment was long would have been nice if when scheduling as new patient we were told how much time to plan for. Left feeling like we needed to get second opinion would have had more confidence if we were given the prescription at end of visit instead of asked to purchase glasses from them.

The doctor and staff are very nice. I like the new store. They accept my insurance which is always nice. They offer a variety of extra tests for good eyecare. My sunglasses arrived in a timely manner. I like being able to come on a Saturday.

I'm 52yrs old I went for an eye exam and ended up buying eye glass there. Bad mistake. I've been without glasses for two weeks and still don't have them. I need my glasses for everything work driving reading exc. I never had to wait this long for glasses in my life.these people can care less about there clients being without there glass
Or being able to function without them. After talking with numerous friends in bernalillo not one them had anything good to say of this place. Why don't you place the bad reviews. Again bad mistake. Will never recommend or deal with this place again.
