I have been meaning to write Dr. Banakus and her staff an email thanking her for the way she has treated Lucas. With his fear for the dentist/ needles it has not been easy to work with him. I appreciate your patience and positive attitude. He is a shy and awkward 15 year old as well as scared during his visits so he's hard to communicate with. I know he is starting to trust you, even if he may not be not showing it.
