Sundance was very professional and great to work with. I was going to wait for my car to be repair, but they offered to take me home and pick me up so I didn't have to wait. They are awesome and I am very happy with the quality of the service.

The people at Sundance are good people. They tell you how it is. They don;t try to make you spend more than you have to. And they actually care about your vehicle.
A rare blip in the level of consistent excellence we experience with Sundance. After signing the original estimate, I got a call saying the repair needed a few more parts and would delay the repair and cost a little. I then got a call saying the parts were in, but no word on the increased cost. I dropped the car off yesterday and was surprised not to get a call telling me it was ready. I was nearby and saw it parked and done, so I went in to pay and pick up the keys. I was very surprised to learn the cost had doubled because of the additional parts.
