100% of customers would refer friends and family to us.
As always, service was completed as promised.
I have been going to Silzer Aut for over two decades. When I first went to him, it was just him and he started working on my cars when I was in Highschool. I have had my Yukon in last year and he fixed it and was about half of what the dealer wanted to charge. He just fixed my wife's BMW and it is running better now than when we first got it. He again he saved us more than half of what it would have cost us at the BMW place. I was referred by a family friend and I have referred friends, family and strangers talking about issues they have with there cars. Doug has always been honest and upfront with you when working on the vehicles.
One of these days winter driving will become second nature to the grandson. Until that happens I'm grateful you guys are available to fix the '98 Red Ford Ranger and get it back on the road!
I checked air pressure in the tires just after the oil change and before a next day trip and found it at 40 psi on one side instead of the 30 psi recomnended. I don't know if it was checked during the service but it did concern me. Tempeature can make a difference but it should not make that much of a change at about 5 degeees F. Also, I see I was charged for washer fluid but I'm pretty sure it was full when I took it in.
Even though its just an oil change, I get in when I need to.
Doug & his team have serviced my vehicles for over 15 years. He is honest & dependable. I would absolutely recommend his service to any & everyone!
