I had an excellent experience at Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence. The customer service was outstanding, as was the patient care, which was refreshing in this day and age! The office was clean and stylish (great magazines and art work enhanced the overall ambiance-yes, this place had lovely ambiance, which is not what I usually expect when visiting a Dentist). Refreshments were offered, and everyone was friendly and kind. It reminded me of a spa in that way. Most importantly: THE APPOINTMENTS WRE ALL ON TIME!

I went in for several extractions, and Dr. Tau not only calmed my fears and nervousness, but the procedure was PAINLESS and swift. He inserted my new dentures immediately and I walked out with a Pepsodent smile. Dr. Tau and his staff are the best!!!!
