The doctor was very good, the assistant had some clumsy moments.
After using my CareCredit card for services rendered, I received a call stating that your office doesn't accept it. I was very disappointed because now I have to pay out of pocket which puts me in a financial hardship instead of financing my dental needs.

I've had the best dental experience with this practice. I've never been happier with dentist and dental assistants in my life. Professional, yet kind and have the ability to put your mind at ease.
I went to Optimal Dental Center in Fairfax to have a tooth removed, and had to bring my sons (ages 6 and 8) with me. The staff was extremely understanding and good with the kids, and the extraction was as relaxing and stress-free as such a thing can be. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professional, and did their job well.
