In the past I have been negligent with my teeth, since 2006 I have been a patient of Dr Kaur, the quality of service that is provided is excellent; it reflects the commitment of Dr Kaur and her team in terms of customer satisfaction.
Just moved to the area about a year ago and haven't had time to find a regular dentist yet. I had a dental emergency and called them on a Saturday. They told me up front how much it would cost and what they could help with me over the phone just to make sure they or I didn't waste my time (and because my insurance only covers accidental). I decided to go ahead in and Dr. Kaur saw me right away. The front desk and staff were very friendly and understanding despite being busy. I appreciated that. Although Dr. Kaur had to refer me to an oral surgeon, I plan on making her office my regular dentist.
Greeted personally, no waiting time, kept informed of procedure and cost to my insurance with my co-payment. Dr. and assistants spent as much time with me as I required.
I liked the care I received from Dr. Kaur. She was warm and kind. Her Dental Hygienists are also very kind and understanding.
