My wife and I had appointments half hour apart. The Dr. as usual worked with us both listening and advising as he always does. Everthing was great. Of course Dr. Mark did his usual thorough examination of us both.Thne staff at the office is unbelievable . So kind friendly courteous and helpful. This is a visit you can do nothing but enjoy. They even have a place where you canpurchase glasses and contacts and not have to run allm over town. I recomend Dr. Mark to anyone that even mentions eyes to me. We would go no where else for our treatments. Class AAA act.

The office staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient! The technician is quick with the screening tests. Josh is wonderful when it comes to eye-ware; very informative and ready to assist with whatever the issue is...adjusting the fit or special coatings etc. Dr. Elkinson is terrific; very knowledgeable and communicative and personable. This all makes going for an eye exam a pleasant experience!

There seemed to be some confusion about my eye insurance coverage with the Office staff. The gentleman that worked with me for my glasses checked it out further and found the information that was needed to bill my insurance. Had he not found it.....would anyone have checked into it further?
Always helpful and fully explains every aspect of the eye exam.
