My total bill was $4,000.00. This included: Detailed Gum & teeth cleaning, 4 extractions, 1 Root Canal, 2 fillings & a partial (also known as a "flipper") $1,000.00 down-payment, which I am still paying to Care Credit, & $3,000.00 financed thru Dr. Stuart. ($300.00 per month for approx. 1 yr.) No complaints on the Dentist or assistants. They make you feel very comfortable, but I drink a ton of water & had to use the bathroom a lot, which was out of the office, down the hall! 7 months later a piece of the "flipper" broke & was a little painful until it wears into the gums. Dr. Stuart said he would "cut me a deal" since it was almost Christmas & only charge me 1/2 price to replace the "flipper"! I still had 5 more months of $375.00 to pay-off, plus the Care Credit for 1 1/2 more yrs. Now, the 1/2 price replacement "deal" was shocking to me! Evidently Dr. Stuart's work is NOT guaranteed. I left the office that day never to return. I walk around with a broken "flipper" clicking & moving around in my mouth now. Better than being toothless for sure! After I finish paying this bill off I'm going to search for a better dentist to fix this damage done to me. :(

Dr. Stuart is a very dedicated dentist and makes certain the patient is comfortable and not hurting as he works on your teeth. He is a perfectionist. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the girl that cleaned my teeth, and Dr Steward. But --I asked before I made the appointment how much a cleaning, XRays and exam --and was told $ 150, I OKed that because we are 82 years old and on a tight budget. Dr Steward found 2 small cavities and he told the girl in the room with us " we will give Lois a break and do 2 for 1". I was happy and thanked him

When I checked out the girl at the front desk gave me my bill $ 198. I questioned it- said I had been quoted $150. I was also given an ESTIMATE of $ 198 apiece for the 2 cavities. I told her the Dr. said he would do 2 fo 1 and she said he couldnt, because it was 2 different teeth. My X Rays were just 4 of my back teeth. I was told a full mouth XRay would be $ 50 more.????? She also said the next time I came in for a cleaning it would be cheaper because it wouldnt take as long. I DIDNT KNOW THEY CHARGED BY THE MINUTE.

I said the cavities would have to wait. I didnt make the next appointment for the cavities.

I am very pleased with Dr. Steward, but the billing department at the front desk seems not to be in communication with the Dr. and wants to make more $s. Money wise-- I am not a happy camper, but the dental service was GREAT.
