Dr. Karstens and his staff are phenomenal. My daughter didn't have a shred of fear as she faced her first cavitites. The team is so thorough and takes extra steps for the very best care. Thank you for being so great to her and to mom! :)

we have come here 2 times and the 1st time we meet the doctor and was very kind to my children but when we came back for a routine check up the service wasn't the same. Always a pleasant experience with Kids First. Dr Matt had to take xrays of my 3 year olds tooth to see if he had some damage to some nerves. My 3 year old had a great experience. No tears, all smiles :) Thanks!!

I really wanted a referral for a pediatric dentist in my area, but when no one had any suggestions, I went online. I found Kid's First through my insurance and wasn't sure how it would go. In fact, I was afraid my 2-year-old wouldn't even open his mouth at the dentist and our trip would be a total waste. The staff and Dr. Matt were SO amazingly patient and wonderful with my son. He sat in the chair all by himself and let them do whatever they needed. He doesn't even do that for the pediatrician when he goes! I cannot say enough good things about our visit. I'm so glad I found Kid's First and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

My son jake was very nervous about the visit But almost immediately as he walked in the door he began to relax. The waiting room was kid friendly and inviting. Even when he was in the x-ray room by himself without me He had fear on his face a little bit but Then the dental assistant talked to him And engaged him in a conversation so his brain wouldn't Take him into any dark places. I don't know how You guys knew what the perfect sunglasses were for him. Seem to say all the right things to make him comfortable and me too. I will definitely be handing out your business card. I'm so glad my sister found you. When she was telling me about you guys I thought she was over exaggerateing. Turns out she wasn't you guys are just that good with tour bedside manor. I look forward to seeing if the gentile touch is there too During procedures.
