Dr. Cardwell is gentle and sensitive when I tapped out. Thank you. If I had a dentist like him when I was little, I wouldn't loathe dentists as much. Dr. Kawakami is a hard act to follow but transition to Dr. Cardwell, I feel, is good. Already made recommendation on my FB.
