I have always been completely satisfied with the way my car has been cared for and with the courtesy shown me in allmy visits. This time, I knew my car brakes needed attention and I mentioned this to the representative at the desk. It is my habit to go to Dunkin Donuts while the work is being done. I did get a call on my cell phone and it told me what was needed and the cost of said repairs. With my OK the mechanics went on with the work, leaving me with a car that I can drive any distance with peace of mind. There's nowhere else I would go. I feel blessed to have JB's in my neighborhood!
I was very pleased to see Rob back at JB Auto. I received very good service from the new service man (forgot his name) when I was in yesterday (air conditioning needed service).

Well, I'm a little disgruntled because they told me it would take $100-$200 just to figure out what was wrong with the car, then I received an e-mail from them stating that that service was free to all. I don't appreciate trying to be scammed. The wait time was really good though.
