Normally I have really wonderful service unfortunately that was not the case with my most recent visit =(. I went in to get my hair colored in an hombre color scheme and I let my stylist know that I wanted my ends to be really light and when I was finished I let her know that I was disappointed she admittedly told me that she failed to mention beforehand that it wouldn't be as light as I wanted and they offered to fix it but my stylist was always too busy. So needless to say I hate the way it looks and probably will not be going back for a color.
