About H&R Repair & Towing Johnstown CO
H&R Repair & Towing Inc. was started in 1981 by Gene & Dorothy Ray as a two-bay auto repair shop with 2 gas pumps. Gene & Dorothy's life long love of cars and trucks combined with a genuine enjoyment in serving customers was a successful combination that set values which continue to guide the business today.
In 1982 the Ray's suffered a severe setback when a storm dumped 3 feet of snow and collapsed their shop to the ground. Undeterred, they purchased the building across the street and operated at that location for the next 16 years. In 1998 the company bought a more suitable, modern auto repair facility with room to grow. Today, we have an efficient, well equipped work area for our employees with five repair bays, four vehicle hoists, paved driveways, and an office with a clean and comfortable customer waiting area.
Larry Ray took over the family business from his parents, Gene and Dorothy, and continues to provide the great service H&R Repair & Towing has been know to provide to their many loyal customers over all these years. H&R looks forward to providing quality auto repairs in the Johnstown CO area for many years to come!

The staff is alway very freindlly and helpful! They take the time to listen to my numerous question and answer and explain everything in a way that even I (A mere girl) can understand. I always feel good about the service I get and am very glad for the information shared about my vehicle. Would 100% reccomend H&R to anyone.

Wouldn't you know, the mechanics had to leave just before I got there to take care of contract work with the Post Office delivery trucks (snow chain removal). So my 8 AM appointment got started a bit late. Sam was courteous and explained the situation. They do great work at a reasonable price, and pointed out how I could save money getting only what I needed. Repeat customer.
