Groove Salon is the best in the Charlotte area - and I've tried quite a few. Bradley could easily be working in LA or NYC, so we're very lucky to have a hair stylist/"artist" of his calibur here. His salon has a chic spa feel, but with a personal touch. And words just can't describe that shampoo massage... Don't hesitate - you'll be thrilled with the results!

I would recommend this salon to anyone. They are super nice and have an amazing atmosphere, on top of that they are amazing at what they do. I had my color done here and am going back to have a Brazilian Blowout done as well. I don't even live in the area, I drive 3 hours just to get to them.
Bottom line- you must go here

I have the best time when I visit Groove Salon. Everyone is so nice and always makes sure that you are comfortable and have anything you need while enjoying getting your hair done. Tricia West did my hair and I couldn't have been happier with the final product! I love this salon! I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a happy, positive environment when getting their hair done! I love Groove Salon & Paul Mitchell!!

Tricia West has cutting my hair for years, having followed her in her journey to Groove Salon. She recently achieved Paul Mitchell's ultimate status as a "National" stylist. Go see her and you will not be disappointed.

I love coming to Groove...so relaxing! Bradley and his team are fantastic. This time the puppy dogs added a warm and welcoming presence!! I loved cuddling the sweet, sweet dogs in my lap...but if anyone doesn't want a dog in your lap, they can be invited into the other room, not a worry. I love the way Bradley listens to me and translates what I say into a beautiful style.
