Superb skills on my first visit. I have many long term muscular issues and Alex actually was dedicated to providing a true relief massage , not just a rub down. I did anticipate a "spa room" whereas I could steam or soak in preparation of the massage, Aside from the unfortunate delay due to a lost earring that was also handled with utmost attention. I must commend Jurlique for true Customer Attentiveness. A RARE commodity.. Thank you
