My haircut was great, but too expensive.

My haircut was great, but too expensive. I have short hair that didn't take more than 20-minutes to cut and I was shocked when my bill was $50. I will now look for a salon that offers a lower price for a men's hair cut.

I generally leave a tip but this time I couldn't justify it.

This feedback is much appreciated! Men's cuts cost $30 to $45 depending on the experience level of the stylist and booked for 45min regardless of which stylist (cuts include relaxing scalp massage & wash). You were overcharged or under serviced and myself and my stylist sincerely apologize as this is not acceptable. We're happy to hear the cut was great and hope you will respond to our phone message when you return from holidays. Thank you for this review as we continue towards perfection in guest service.
