This was the worst dental exp. of my life.. Went in to get a crown replaced from my root canal... Told me they were going to replace my silver filling and that I have a small cavity. Unbeknownst to me they did 3 crowns.. They never went over my plan and the cost before hand.. Which is very unprofessional .. And to add insult to injury the wanted to charge me $7200.00 .. I believe this dentist is a crook!! I live in CDM and I have already told my experience and everyone and they too think this was scam!! I will never recommend anyone to this crook ever!!!
Once again, it was a pleasure to have such prompt, friendly and professional attention to my dental needs. After 7 years, it just keeps getting better.
I got to my appointment on time, but was delayed due to my hygienist working with another client and no other staff from Dr. Hauck's office there. We started 15 minutes later, which is intolerable.
