As with last time the staff and Dr. Ozzie were so sweet and friendly - just wonderful. Only hiccup was that we were there on time and checked in but someone forgot to enter us into the computer so we waited 20 minutes and finally I asked how much longer it would be. That's the only reason we got seen - no one asked us until then.
