Everyone there is delightfully friendly. They genuinely are happy to be at work, it seems. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I had to wait for 45 minutes to go back and I'm not sure why- the dr. Was doing some charting in the back, I think, but it was slightly annoying because I have to take time off of work to be there. They seemed to be in no rush to get me back.

I have never had an eye exam and just wanted to come in and get checked out. All of the staff were very friendly. Dr. Pockl was very nice and answered my many questions about the procedures and anything else I was curious about in terms of eye health. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this practice.
They were awesome. I recd new frames as a gift and they helped me with the lenses. Hoping they are done today. The ladies there are grat.
