Extremely disappointed in my haircut because one side is noticeably longer than the other, which I don't understand since your salon prides itself on precision cuts. When I called to see what could be done, Claude said my stylist "was busy." That's not a professional or customer friendly response. I called back later that day, but I could not be seen until the following week and I was going out of town. To spend over $100 on a haircut and not have it executed correctly, given that a picture of the hairstyle was provided, is unacceptable.
As usual, everything was fabulous. Flore and Sebastian are the very best at what they do
