The sylist let me, someone else rinsed my hair and started to dry my hair, then she left and the first one came and finished. I had to ask what was going on. I do like my hair color and style.

It is good to have Amanada back. She did an awesome job as always. Dana did a great job too when Amanda was out.

Unlike the previous review by "carolinec", I could never nitpick a new stylist for not doing everything quite as smoothly as a long time pro stylist, especially since it appears from her review that Clique has been her salon of choice for some time! So 2 stars...really??? As far as getting my shoulders squeezed...well, that's a lovely bonus and all, but I go to my stylist for my hair and my massage therapist for my massages!

As for me, I've been seeing James or Amanda for over 10 years and they are truly MASTER stylists! They are professional, modern, and I have learned to trust their excellent recommendations over the years. I love the atmosphere and ambiance as well. On the rare occassion that I've ever had an issue, I've been up front with them (discreetly of course) and their staff has always been extremely quick to remedy the situation by going above and beyond and making certain I'm satisfied!

I arrived for appointment and was told I had my appointment with Dana when I had an appointment with Jenna. Jenna was booked, so Dana did my hair. The receptionist must have misheard me. Dana was with a client when it was time for me to get my hair washed to remove the color. Brittany washed my hair and did not wash all of the color out of my hair both at the nape of my neck and on my temples. Pretty easy thing to do that she failed at. I also did not get my shoulders massaged, like other patrons and like I always do. My color came out nicely though and I enjoyed talking to Dana.
