Casal Aveda Institute

Had an appointment for a high light low light and cut. At 10 am today. My student put a smock on me,brushed my hair and said oh I forgot how to do this and got her book out. I saw an instructor walk by, I excused myself and ask the instructor If someone else was available and I told her what happened. I needed to get in and out today and did not have the time to be there all day. Se said sure ill be right back. Couple minutes later ,three students came over and said they were sent over and what was wrong. I said what happened. One student said "AND". Then another person came over and asked what was wrong..then I was told to go sit back in the lobby like area. Then I was told I had to reschedule no one was available...at the counter this person was telling me this is a school and the students are learning and she had to protect her students...this is so unprofessional. All I did was ask for someone else as I did not have a lot of time today..my family has been going there for years...I will NEVER return.

excellent facial. Lindsey, Spa 5, did the facial and was wonderful! Very thorough, gentle, relaxing, smooth movements, very professional. You'd think she's done this for 10 years! Very well trained, and very well suited for this job. Customized the facial to your face's needs.

Love the spa, I've been going for years. They are better than the pros in the salons; they don't rush or cut corners. Paula the instructor is awesome with the students and guests.

I had a wonerful time. Great service. Only thing I would change would be the music. Thank you
