I missed seeing Dr. King, however it was my first appt. with Dr. Mays and was very nice to meet her. She was great. The whole staff is very pleasant and thorough. Also, through the years I've truly appreciate their flexibility with my appts. as it seems to be ever changing at times with my schedule. Thanks again and see you next time. :)
My visit with Dr. May went very well, and based on that I would be more likely to provide 4 stars, but my experience with scheduling my original appointment did not go so well. My original appointment was scheduled for April 23. I received my email confirming the appointment and did not contact the office because there was no need for me to reschedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that it had been given away because I did not call to confirm it. I was told that the appointment was just a placeholder until I confirmed. My experience with other doctors is that the appointment is mine unless I call to cancel. I then had to reschedule a month out and take time from my family, once again to make the appointment. I found this experience very frustrating and hope that steps are being made to improve it in the future. Thank you.
