I saw Bruce Friday evening to have my hair colored. When I went home that night I noticed that it was darker than it usual. Bruce saw me on Saturday and worked tirelessly to correct the color. Bruce spoke with me while he was doing the color correction and told me why and how he was correcting the color. Bruce is the consummate professional.
3. The services were good but because of the time issues I did not get the manicure which was included in my living social offer. I also had scheduled a time the week before and confirmed it but you were closed when I came and no one had called me

Service as usual was excellent
The location is convenient and the facility is nice. I really enjoyed my facial (both times) with Beatrice (I think that's her name). She is warm, pleasant, and professional. My massage was pretty good and relaxing. BUT, both times I got my nails done, I was very disappointed. My gel polish lifted off of 3 of my nails the next day. If you go, don't get your nails done here.
