I would of liked to shop for my frames a little different than how it was done.
Love everyone in the clinic, but the lady that does the eye screens and eye pictures. She is very odd acting and gruff. I would suggest a new co-worker!!
In total, over the years, I have purchased 12 pairs of glasses from Optopia along with buying contacts every year.
A few years ago (my now) ex-husband purchased for me a pair of Kawaski frames and had sunglass lenses put in them.
The Lab re-placed the lenses and (per my request) made them clear glasses. They have never fit right-- still looses.
What I do know is that they were scratched.
They lady from the back came out mad and said "so I wanna hear your side of the story"
I have spent too much time and energy on this.
I have taken the glasses to another doctor and they states that it looks like they were trying to tighten something or replace those bushings and in the motion of putting in them that was what caused the sctatches that are NEXT TO THE NEW BUSHINGS. I have been treated very poorly and I am tired of driving over there-- this must be addressed and fixed.
I now have had another facility look at the glasses and will seek further advise.
The rude lady from the back of the office said that they were not new lenses. Really??? They don't look like sunglasses any more and thet also have my new prescription in them-- the lab did not have my new prescription a few years ago. These were made this year.
Dr. Ramer is very professional. His exams are thorough and he carefully considers your optic concerns and problems.
