I had called earlier in April to change my appt. date and discuss if this appt. was going to be covered by my insurance with no money out of my pocket. I was assured that it would be covered. To my surprise Mindy hit me with a 50 dollar bill. I cannot afford any additional bills at this time and this really pissed me off.
Excellent from the intial contact by phone straight through the visit! Friendly environment, very friendly staff and thorough care. Very glad we chose Jepsen, Murphy!

I will not go back there. My teeth are much worse then before you guys started fixing them.I don't know what I am going to do now, you have taken all my money and ruined my teeth. Now I have to find someone to fix them.
