It seems that Gentle Dentalnis improving! I was in and out in no time! Before getting there early wouldn't even guarantee an on time visit. Everyone was friendly and cheerful.
The service is great and the Dr. Newman, Jessica, and the rest of his ortho team is awesome. The made the experience pleasant although braces are painful :)
It can get busy here and at times you may have to wait, but I also know that tons of people show up late making the delay. Nevertheless, the staff are kind and always have a smile. They hear and answer all my questions. More importantly, they care. Prime example: it's cold in the back and I was wearing a dress and shivering, my hygienist came and brought me a blanket. Little actions like that say so much more than any review could.
