Overall, they got the job done, but they were very very busy. I waited over 1.5 hrs after my appt. time to be seen and was there a total of 5 hours for a procedure that took under 10 minutes. It just seemed like they were handling too many patients at once so there was a lack of personal attention and privacy. I feel the lack of privacy may have bothered me the most. However, they did get the job done at a very reasonable price.
I was Very pleased!! my appointment was on time. and the staff was friendly, and professional. I was in and out in blink of an eye, I will continue to use this office for all my future exams. This by far, was one of the best all round experiences I've had. I will be recomending this office to any one I know who needs their services.
The staff is very caring and not judgmental. There is quite a bit of waiting since there's only one doctor, I highly suggest bringing a smartphone or a book to keep yourself entertained. It would have been nice to get some water or a snack after the procedure as well since you're not able to eat or drink anything after midnight. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience...for as much as an abortion can be pleasant.

Staff was very nice..only thing that i was upset about is i wasn't able to have my surgery and i had paid half cash n half on my card..they r able to return money to your card right away but if u pay cash they send u a check in the mail and takes two weeks!!!!! Pretty ridiculous if u ask me.
