I came there hoping for a miracle, I guess there are o such things. I told the girl on the phone I didn't have two nickels to rub together, but that I could afford the $15 fee that would be charged for that day. That turned into $156, which I absolutely cannot afford, because two minues were taken to drill out glue and replace the lousy teeth I do have back into my mouth. While everyone was pleasant, no one there is compassionate. Life is hard, and people like you only make it harder. You will not be seeing me again, because of the $156, there will be no Palm Sunday here this weekend.

My experience at the office has always been exceptional. The staff is always friendly and very professional.
The office staff are not only professional but very nice. I felt comfortable immediately and I do not like to go to the dentist. Dr. Olsen was so nice and patient and answered all my questions, of which I asked a lot. I would and have already highly recommended them. Great experience and I am no longer afraid of the dentist... :)

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. As you were told on the phone, you were charged $15 for the initial comprehensive exam and complete set of x-rays (usual fee without discount is $225). The $156 was for an additional procedure performed at your request. You were also advised by our patient coordinator that charges incurred would be credited to your account towards your treatment. I apologize that we did not quote you the fee for the additional service you requested before it was done.
