I filled out a survey when there and put it in the box on Dr Simes' office counter. Val say me do it.

Am I gonna be getting these survey requests every time I visit or someone calls, etc?

If so, don't expect an answer every time.

FYI - a friend related a horror story regarding Dr Sime's work. Crowns falling out and root canals needing to be redone. So far I am fine with everything...

Dr. Simes is a wonderful dentist. Great communicator, warm personality, and the best at what he does. I just had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday, and I was scared to have the procedure done. He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I left his office very pleased...as always. :)

Thank goodness that the Racine Dental Clinic is staffed with a caring and highly professional people. When I have a dental emergency Dr Simes and his staff deal with the problem so well that over the years I sometimes take for granted the ability to eat without concerns.

There is a positive "vibe" in the office that relaxes you. The staff talks you and paces you through the procedures. I appreciate that.

Maggie is personable and informative. She explains what she is doing and why.

I saw Michelle for my cleaning and as always she is fantastic! She explains everything that is done and I always feel special when the appointment is over. She deserves a raise!
