I was pleased that I was able to get in to have my A/C fixed on a Saturday rather than waiting until my scheduled appointment on Monday. I appreciate the availability of the shuttle. My van was serviced quickly and communication throughout the process was great. The A/C repair ended up costing me more than I had expected when I took it in (but I was called and told what it would cost after the problem was diagnosed). The cost is why I gave the 4 star rating. However, I'm sure the cost would have been higher had I taken it to the dealership for repair. Overall I have always been pleased with the service that I have gotten from this Brake Max location.
