Great staff. Dr. Gates spent several minutes helping my husband figure out his reading prescription. Veronica was super helpful on the phone, Deanna helped us pick out frames and get our flex money spent on 12/31. Convenient, we'll certainly be back. I believe the gal who who helped us with Dr. Gates was named Sara. She was also very efficient and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

My glasses snapped in half while at work. Dr. Goetsch had already left for the day, but came back in to do my exam! Also, because I had to get back to work ASAP after the exam, Dr. Goetsch volunteered to personally deliver my glasses to my work! The assistant was also very helpful in helping me pick out frames and explaining the different packages, making necessary phone calls, etc. The costumer service was outstanding! And the variety of frames (including name brands) was great! I'm so impressed with my whole experience & will definitely be back!
