Richard, I did not yell at you when you asked me what the additional charges were going to be. I asked for you to please wait in the waiting area and I was working on your treatment plan. I am very sorry that you had to wait in the waiting area. You did call and say you were going to be a little late for your appointment, which was scheduled at 9:30 am. We had already seated the patients that showed up for their 9 and 9:30 am appointments. I was not aware that your treatment plan was going to change as much as it did. We are NOT trying to get more money from you. Dr. K felt that the treatment plan that was previously presented to you had changed dramatically. It was quite a long treatment plan and I was trying my best to get it completed in a timely matter. I also had other patients that walked in and on Saturday's there is only one person in the front office. I do apologize if you felt I was rude to you, because that was not my intentions at all!!!
