Union Treatment Center

I was referred to this small enough to be called a Family Run Clinic by my union rep. I have never seen the likes of an unprofessional medical office in my life. They run patient through the clinic like a bunch of cattle. While waiting in the front foyer to see the doctor for over an hour and a half, when I did get in, the doctor talked to me about my condition, never touched my knee or even looked or ordered any x-rays or other diagnostic's he referred me to see an orthopedic specialist. Then upon my arrival to the same clinic I waited yet again to be seen but this time was much worse and twice as long. Never once did any staff member speak to me to insure me that I had not been forgotten, I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. If you ask me the only thing this company wants is Federal Workers Compensation money. And we wonder why our state is in ruin, its places like this that is causing our tax dollars to skyrocket. BEWARE

They are terrible! They cannot keep medication prescriptions up to date. I was prescribed narcotics for five years and EVERY time I needed a refill, they couldn't find a doctor to sign the scrips so I ended up going through withdrawals. Very poor standards of care, incompetent front office staff, and the quality control officer is an idiot!
