So far, I wasn't very impressed. While the front office staff seemed very nice, considering it was my first visit, the Laser person was kind of rushed and dismissive. There was some sort of gel on the sheet on the table, and she still expected me to lay down on it. She actually just flipped the sheet over and didn't even change it. I don't think she actually changed it from the previous patient. I understand this is a Non invasive procedure, but my daughter paid good money and even a clean disposable sheet would be better than laying on someone else's "gel". If my daughter hadn't already pre-paid, I would not be back. I have higher standards and I hope this was a one time thing and my next 5 visits will be more positive.
